Dr. Hung and his team are very happy that you’ve chosen Oasis Family Dentistry for all of your oral care needs. As you get to know our practice more, we hope that you and your family feel comfortable at our office. Prior to your first visit, we encourage you to learn what you can expect when you arrive, methods for financing your care, and essential new patient forms to fill out. If you have questions, we encourage you to give us a call!
When you walk through the door, our receptionists will provide you with a warm greeting. We ask that you call us ahead of time if you have dental insurance so they can break down your coverage as soon as you arrive. Once we’ve called your name, an assistant will capture X-rays and a hygienist will begin checking your current gum tissue. We also perform a regular cleaning in the same appointment. If your gum needs scaling and root planing, our hygienist will explain the treatment process to you. Dr. Hung will come in to meet you, perform the exam, and answer your questions. Finally, you’ll meet with the receptionist to schedule future appointments and go over final cost estimates for your care.
Having a dental insurance plan is a great way to help pay for dental treatments, especially when the time comes for the entire family’s routine appointments. Oasis Family Dentistry is happy to accept most PPO dental plans and help patients understand their coverage in greater detail before beginning treatment. If you have questions or concerns, our receptionist is happy to work with you in creating a treatment plan that’s within your means.
We are in-network with the following insurances:
If you don’t have dental insurance or your plan does not cover a specific treatment that you want, there is always third-party financing options like CareCredit to help you out. CareCredit lets you break down payments for dental care into more manageable chunks over the course of several months. These payments often come with little to no interest attached, making them much easier to pay off. See if you qualify today and get your next treatment completed!
We want to get to know you and your needs as soon as you arrive at Oasis Family Dentistry, which is why we ask that you to fill out our new patient forms either when you arrive or prior to your appointment. These forms help us understand health concerns you might have, medications you’re currently taking, and what we can expect when it comes to your oral health needs. The more we know, the better we can tailor you and your family’s care.
